Science gave me the subject. Storytelling gave me the medium.


"I started my career as a marine biologist, working on diverse research and conservation projects across the globe. Along the way, I became fascinated with storytelling, using photography and video not just to document, but to connect people with ideas and experiences. I quickly realised that my real passion lay in post-production, where stories truly come together. After working with an NGO in Fiji in 2019, I returned to the UK and launched Tribal Edits to focus on story-driven editing full time."

About Me

I’m a freelance post-production editor who brings stories to life by turning raw footage and images into compelling, polished content. I’ve worked with artists, small businesses and international brands, creating content for documentaries, business films, advertising campaigns and more. Based in the UK and working remotely with clients, filmmakers and organisations around the world.

Alongside video editing, I have years of experience as a professional photo editor, specialising in commercial image editing, retouching and complex compositions using Photoshop and AI tools.

I particularly enjoy working on documentaries and content within science, engineering, environmental and technical fields, where understanding the subject is just as important as telling the story. I offer a personal, hands-on service with direct communication throughout — you’ll always work directly with the person editing your project, rather than through an agency or middleman.

I am committed to providing cost-efficient services tailored to meet the needs of my clients. My pricing structure is based on several key factors, and to determine the cost of a service, the following considerations will be taken into account:
